This past weekend was International Bacon Day and it was celebrated here in Chicago at the famed Sunday Brunchlox party held at Karl Almaria's (of Bunchlox Records) house. I happened to stop through there and chow down on plenty of bacon, pulled pork, and other random bacon infused delights such as bacon drizzled sticky buns.
